Description - Your Responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of routine and complex clinical lab tests-including but not limited to chemistry, hematology, and immunology-adhering to established protocols throughout.
• Evaluate test results meticulously for accuracy, resolve any discrepancies, and ensure lab instruments are calibrated and maintained.
• Assist with sample collection as required and prepare specimens for testing efficiently.
• Meticulously document all processes, provide training to new team members or students, and uphold the highest lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, compliant, and safe work environment following all regulatory guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health qualification, along with anticipated ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of employment.
• It is important to maintain your certification for the duration of your employment.
