Join MercyOne Obstetrics & Gynecology- Mason City, a busy practice with instant volume. Both full-time and part-time positions available with very flexible scheduling! Great work-life balance! Join the team of 1 full-time OBGYN, 1 FT, 1 PT, and 3 PRN OB Hospitalists and 4 ARNP's. NO CALL! No nights/no weekends/no holidays! ~500-600 births/year. Teaching opportunity - FM Residents (in L&D 24/7) & Medical Residents. Newly remodeled clinic located on our main campus- close proximity to Labor & Delivery, Lab, Pharmacy and Radiology with access to Perinatology consultation. Da Vinci XI with designated OR block time. Level II NICU staffed 24/7 by Pediatric Hospitalists and NICU Nurses with access to an on-site blood bank. In-house specialists available for consultation/collaboration in patient care, i.e., Cardiology, Orthopedics, Reconstructive Surgery, Anesthesiology, etc.

MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center is a regional health system covering 14 counties, includes MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center, 7 critical access hospitals, and 42 clinics in northern Iowa. Network service area - approximately 260,000. MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center- Mason City, a 342-bed regional referral teaching hospital- named a Top 100 Hospital nationally- easy access to all specialists, lab, radiology, pharmacy, and many other services. 300+ employed providers - Including primary care, Neurosurgery, Cardiology, General Surgery, Ortho Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Plastics, Bariatric Surgery, OBGYN, Pulmonary/Critical Care, Neurology, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Infectious Disease, Palliative Care, Urology, ENT, GI, Nephrology, Endocrinology, Psychiatry, and so much more! Level III Trauma Center offering post-graduate education programs on site, including Family Medicine and Internal Medicine Residency Programs, and Cardiology Fellowship.

Candidates:

• BC/BE Must be board certified within 3 years of becoming eligible

Highly compensated with excellent benefits!

• Up to a $250,000 bonus package (for full-time/pro-rated for part-time)
• $400,000 base salary + productivity incentives (pro-rated for part-time)
• 34 days of PTO when on base; 40 days PTO when on production (for full-time/pro-rated for part-time)

Qualifications: Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school is required. Demonstrated competency as a physician by completion of an appropriate residency program; board certified or board eligible. Must be able to obtain Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa medical staff privileges. Above average communication skills. Ability to work with a team. Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license; Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
