Job Overview A law firm seeks an Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Associate for their Dallas, TX office. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience advising on equity plans, executive employment agreements, and compensation and benefits matters in M&A, carve-outs, IPOs, and other transactions. Duties Advise on equity plans and executive employment agreements. Handle compensation and benefits matters in various transactions. Collaborate with partners across offices on complex transactions. Support Corporate and Tax groups on cross-border matters. Requirements 2-7 years of relevant experience, ideally in a large law firm. Strong academic background. Interest in a collaborative, national practice. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in the state of Texas or eligibility to waive. Skills Excellent analytical and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
