Job Duties:
Prepare analytical reports on legal cases, policies, and procedures for attorney review. Develop internal research guidelines, reference materials, and process manuals to support staff. Conduct advanced research on U.S. federal laws, federal agencies' regulations, state criminal laws, and international human rights standards. Monitor changes in federal laws and policies, and assess their impact on internal operations and case management. Evaluate and recommend updates to internal research tools, document management practices, and analytical resources used to support immigration attorneys in complex cases.
