Marketing Financial Analyst

Our client, a global leader in the music and entertainment industry, is seeking a Financial Analyst to support marketing finance operations and project management initiatives across artist and label projects. Location: Miami Beach, FL Type: W2 Contract Duration: 6 Months + High Possibility of Extension Pay Range: $25–$28/hour What You’ll Do Provide day-to-day finance support to marketing and label operations teams Track, analyze, and report variances against budgets and forecasts Assist with quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes Manage marketing project administration including budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor coordination Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Marketing, and Operations teams Support monthly financial close activities and forecasting systems within SAP/Uniport Monitor marketing spend across artists, vendors, and project categories Prepare presentations, budget reports, timelines, and project documentation for leadership Coordinate vendor setup, invoice processing, payment tracking, and compliance approvals Provide ad hoc financial analysis and project support as needed What We’re Looking For Must-Have Skills 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, project coordination, or business operations Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Experience with SAP, Uniport, Monday.com, or similar systems preferred Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking experience Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Nice to Have Experience within the entertainment, music, or media industry Project management experience in fast-paced environments Experience supporting marketing or operational finance teams Soft Skills Highly organized and process-oriented Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Strong attention to detail and follow-through Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management skills Flexible and adaptable in fast-moving environments Why This Role?
