Territory Portfolio Manager

Your main responsibilities

• Drive portfolio growth across Conversions, Protection, Recoveries, Price Adjustments, and Schindler Ahead, while ensuring full compliance with sales management policies
• Support and execute Sales priorities, processes, and product/service initiatives to maximize territory performance
• Ensure branch and service sales teams conduct consistent, effective meetings focused on KPIs, accountability, and customer experience
• Partner with internal departments to implement key initiatives, streamline processes, and support informed decision-making and reporting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to position Schindler as the preferred service provider
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Sales systems, processes, and reporting, providing insights and tools to drive growth opportunities and results
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management to strengthen sales team capability and execution

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of sales experience required
• Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Prior people leadership experience preferred
• Elevator industry preferred
