Job Type: Full Time Shift Available: 2nd Shift Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance Health and Wellness Incentives Paid Vacation and Holidays 401(k) with Cargill matching contributions Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discounts Principal Accountabilities: Lead and promote safety, food safety, quality standards, and housekeeping practices Serve as the primary point of contact for management initiatives, work orders, and team communications Safely and efficiently operate site equipment, including bagging machines, shipping systems, and motorized vehicles Support onboarding of new employees and contractors, and deliver ongoing training through daily shift handoffs and safety meetings Perform approximately 50% of the same tasks as the team being supervised Ensure full compliance with all safety rules and regulations Required Qualifications: Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship Must be 18 years or older Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written) Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions, which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Ability to work overtime, including weekends, holidays, or different shifts, with advance notice Have a valid driver's license or ID Minimum of 2 years of experience in production-related work High school diploma or GED equivalent Forklift certification Preferred Qualifications: Computer skills for data entry related to label production, and the ability to monitor inventory and shipment completion; experience with warehouse/shipping systems, SAP, or inventory management software Experience operating and troubleshooting industrial equipment (e.g., packaging machinery) Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a positive and professional manner Consistently demonstrates strong safety leadership Ability to understand and communicate in Spanish (verbal/written) Front-end loader experience Considered candidates will receive a phone call from a (952) area code.
