As the primary point of contact at our clinic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring every client interaction—whether over the phone or in person—results in a positive and memorable impression. Your ability to create a welcoming environment and deliver exceptional service will be key to our success. * **Salary:** $26 – $36 per hour depending on experience and education* **Schedule:** Full-time, four - five shifts per week 6 (average 30-40 hours/week)* **Location:** 1807 Martin Luther King Jr Way, Berkeley, CA 94709**Who We Are:** **Campus Vet Clinic** is a team-focused, fun place to work and care for all the furry friends. Highly recommend them!” Jenna S. **Who You Are:** If you have a professional, friendly personality and love to help people and their pets, you will fit right in with our Client Service Team! * **High School Diploma or equivalent required*** **Targeting a Lead CSR with tech experience that can cross train and help the staff CSR grow, and assist with training in the hospital.*** **1+ years of customer service experience in a veterinary, dental, or medical clinical setting required*** **1+ years using a Point-of Sale (POS) system preferred*** **Experience processing financial transactions, payment plans, billing and insurance preferred*** **Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures preferred*** **Technologically proficient and comfortable with veterinary or medical record keeping software and other digital communication tools*** **Professional and friendly phone etiquette*** **Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills*** **Very detail-oriented*** **Demonstrated ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced, client-facing environment*** **Ensure a clean, safe and organized work environment**Learn more about us at: or: AmeriVet: Veterinary Partner Supporting Your Business At AmeriVet, we’re committed to your growth, development, well-being, and success.
