Customer Service Representative
You could meet and greet our applicants in a fast-paced, fun, professional environment, while you start them on the way to success! This DIRECT HIRE position is for SEEK itself. SEEK is a 50-year old financially secure company where you could start on your own career path.
Be the Director of First Impressions! As a SEEK CSR, You will often be the first person our customers interact with. The Ideal candidate will excel at project prioritization and have at least 1 year applicable customer service experience. It is also important to be comfortable with Microsoft Office products. Responsibilities
As a SEEK CSR, you will:
-Welcome applicants,
-Answer a busy multi-line phone system,
-Process new applicants along with a variety of additional administrative duties.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service, restaurant hospitality or office related experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and be able to type a minimum of 40 WPM
-Bilingual a Plus
