What You'll Do:

• Provide direct patient care in a busy Progressive Care Unit
• Monitor patient vital signs and assess patient needs regularly
• Administer medications, treatments, and assist with procedures
• Educate patients and families about their care plans
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and update care plans
• Delegates tasks to support staff and oversees their work
• Respond promptly to patient alarms and calls for assistance

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Michigan
• At least 1 year of recent RN experience
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work nights and adapt to hospital routines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
