Amgen seeks a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative for bone health in the Phoenix, Arizona area. The role involves promoting Amgen products to medical professionals, managing customer relationships, and driving sales through clinical education and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clinical product knowledge and benefits to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization
• Achieve territory sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement, branded messaging, and educational programs
• Develop and manage customer relationships, address reimbursement issues, and maintain product contracts
• Collaborate with District Manager on marketing strategy effectiveness and territory planning
• Share best practices with colleagues and sustain product advocacy throughout the sales cycle

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree with 4 years of sales experience, or high school diploma with 6 years of sales experience
• For Senior level: Bachelor's degree with 3 years of sales/clinical healthcare experience, or equivalent combinations with higher experience thresholds
• Pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry sales experience preferred
• Product sales experience in oncology, cardiology, inflammation, bone health, or related therapeutic specialties preferred
• Advanced relationship-building and sales influencing skills
• Knowledge of payer environments and reimbursement processes

Compensation: $89,880–$121,602 base
