About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients' physical conditions.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance recovery.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention and wellness strategies.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and outcomes.
- Stay updated on the latest physical therapy techniques and best practices.
Requirements:
- Valid state license to practice physical therapy in Massachusetts.
- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)/ MSPT from an accredited program .
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Experience in outpatient settings preferred, but new graduates are welcome.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
- Knowledge of current physical therapy practices and technologies.
