Schedule: Full Time, Year-round position. Monday- Friday 8:00am-4:30pm- NO weekends or major holidays. Full benefits are associated with this position Summary: Provides behavioral health counseling services at Roseville Middle School. The program is year-round - position continues through summer vacation. Role Overview You will provide essential behavioral health counseling services, supporting patients, families, physicians, and community providers. Your role is critical in ensuring active and collaborative care from the initiation of treatment to discharge, fostering recovery and wellness for those we serve. What You Will Do Conduct patient assessments and establish therapy treatment goals. Administer individual and group therapy sessions. Maintain thorough and confidential records of observations. Evaluate the progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions. Provide patients with information on community resources and therapeutic activities. Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and community providers to ensure comprehensive care. Qualifications What You Will Need Required Qualifications Master's Degree with at least 3 years of experience in counseling, social work, or psychology. One or more of the following licenses: Licensed Master Social Worker, Licensed Counselor, Licensed Psychologist, or Therapist specializing in Marriage & Family, obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
