Date: May 27, 2026 Location: San Antonio, TX, US, 78219 Work days/Shift Hours: Monday - Friday Start time 7:00 AM Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.11 to $24.00 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. Additional Relevant Information: Previous grocery stocking, retail or merchandising experienced preferred. Must have valid Driver's License.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record. Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours. Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height. Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

High School Diploma or Equivalent. No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience preferred.
