Assistant Lead Maintenance Technician

Revised Personnel is currently seeking a dependable and experienced Assistant Lead Maintenance Technician for an apartment community. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with the potential for long-term placement.

The ideal candidate will assist the Lead Maintenance Technician with daily property maintenance operations while helping ensure apartments and common areas are properly maintained.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily maintenance operations for the property
• Perform HVAC repairs and preventative maintenance
• Complete service requests and work orders
• Assist with apartment make-readies and inspections
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, appliance, and drywall issues
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of maintenance areas
• Support emergency maintenance calls as needed

Qualifications:

• HVAC Certification required
• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Must have your own basic tools
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repair
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently

Schedule: Full-Time Pay: Competitive pay based on experience
