As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you’ll work alongside a licensed PT to help patients improve strength, mobility, and independence in the comfort of their homes. When you apply, tell us: “Why did you become a PTA?” What You’ll Do Carry out individualized treatment plans established by the supervising PT Provide physical therapy services in patients’ homes Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence Coordinate visits directly with patients and families Document progress and communicate with the supervising PT Provide care to pediatric and adult patients with a variety of needs What You’ll Need Active, unrestricted Texas PTA license 1+ year of experience preferred Current BLS/CPR certification Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage patient visits Why Join BrightStar Care?
