Front Desk Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; take messages if needed or transfer to the correct department
- Greet and assist all guests, direct them to the appropriate department
- Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items
- Open/Close office – turning on lights, open kitchens and doors, refill office supplies
- Maintaining conference room and conference room calendars
- Periodically check guest parking spaces to make sure they are available for guests
- Maintain lobby, conference room, kitchen appearance and cleanliness
- Fill copiers with paper, make sure copy room is stocked with paper.
- Assist the VP of HR/Administration with various tasks
- Cover executive assistant’s desk as needed
Required Skills/Preferred skills and abilities:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Basic clerical procedures and systems
