Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to join our team to manage, optimize, and support our growing Salesforce instance. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional business partners to streamline workflows, maintain data integrity, and build custom reports that drive daily decision-making. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can balance day-to-day user support with system enhancements and security administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain user roles, profiles, permission sets, security groups, and overall system access while supporting daily end-user requests.
- Build and maintain custom reports, dashboards, validation rules, and automated business processes using Salesforce Flow.
- Manage data hygiene, perform routine data cleanups, and oversee sandbox deployments and release updates.
- Optimize cross-object data mapping and external integration pipelines using ApexSync-Pro to ensure zero-latency schema syncs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document system workflows, and train end users on new features.
