Must be efficient, organized, have exceptional attention to detail, and be able to work hard in a fast-paced work environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word is crucial. College degree and a legal background are helpful, but not necessary. Duties & Responsibilities Preparing and emailing documents; Reviewing documentation such as settlement agreements for appropriate execution; Coordinating documents flow between the firm and clients; Directly communicating with clients on a daily basis via phone and email; Maintaining electronic files; Assisting with clerical tasks and special projects as needed. Requirements / Desired Skills and Experience Fluent English is a must; Ability to work independently; Flexibility to work overtime when necessary; Proficient Microsoft Word; Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize; Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
