National Clearance Coordinator

Successful and leading title insurance agency seeks a highly self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and experienced National Clearance Coordinator with a positive attitude to be a part of our team. Responsibilities Work closely with the Clearance Officer to read and clear purchase and refinance transactions for residential properties. Examine abstracts, leases, contracts, and other legal documents to determine title insurance and legal issues related to title insurance commitments and reports. Collaborate with title agency clients and attorneys representing parties to a real estate transaction to clear title exceptions and prepare the title for closing. Assist in preparing and reviewing Owner and Loan Policies for appropriate exceptions. Review title bills and invoices. Conduct surveys, survey readings, real‑estate taxes, recordings, and escrow duties. Handle both NewYork and national transactions. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in title insurance, escrow/closing, or related real‑estate financial services. Strong knowledge of SoftPro or comparable software. Excellent time‑management and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Outstanding work ethic and high level of accountability. Detail‑oriented, professional, and able to handle confidential information. Customer‑service oriented with creative problem‑solving skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Computer proficient. Experience with surveys, real‑estate taxes, recordings, and escrow. Experience with NewYork and national transactions.
