We are currently seeking a Parts Counter Person to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting customers and technicians with automotive parts needs, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Parts Counterperson Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and technicians at the parts counter with parts selection and sales
- Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
- Locate and source parts that are not currently in stock
- Complete and manage special-order parts requests
- Communicate order status and availability with customers and service staff
- Maintain accurate inventory and assist with stocking and organization of parts
- Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures
- Comply with federal, state, and local automotive industry regulations
- Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times
Parts Counterperson Qualifications
- Previous automotive parts experience or dealership experience preferred
- Ford dealership experience is a plus
- Knowledge of automotive systems and parts identification
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and inventory system skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with a professional appearance and work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent
