Senior Accountant

Job Description: The Senior Accountant will handle bank account reconciliations, month end closing, payables, coordination of the preparation of tax returns and other governmental filings. The role requires ensuring that all high‑priority matters are attended to the same day or within 24 hours of when the matters arise, or otherwise in a timely and efficient manner. Primary Responsibilities Reconcile bank account statements for entity clients (LLCs and corporations) Journal entries and receivables Prepare monthly financial statements Prepare budgets, invoices and reports for clients, and look up information in accounting records for admins and executives Coordinate with outside CPA firms to assure timely transfer of information in connection with tax return preparation Prepare special reports for management team and clients Open bank accounts and assist with communication with bank Candidate Profile Attends to high priority matters immediately or within 24 hours Provides impeccable service to all clients Enjoys being part of a fast‑paced, productive environment and works well independently About the Company Dynamic, growing company with Swiss roots and a rich history spanning more than 35 years.
