We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead a field sales team and drive market growth across California. This role is ideal for a strong outside sales professional with leadership experience who leads from the front, coaches effectively, and drives performance within a defined territory. This position combines hands-on market presence with leadership, accountability, and a strong focus on execution. You will work closely with construction and design professionals while driving territory performance, field activity, and overall sales momentum. Your Role As a Regional Sales Manager , you will be responsible for growing the Los Angeles territory while leading a team of Field Sales Representatives across California. This role is a strong fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance personal sales contribution with coaching and team leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of Field Sales Representatives to exceed sales targets Drive team initiatives including training, onboarding, contests, and trade show participation Coach and support field execution while maintaining accountability for results Build and strengthen relationships with construction and design professionals Recruit, hire, and onboard top-performing sales talent Adapt to feedback, shifting priorities, and a growth-stage environment Travel locally up to 50% within the territory Qualifications 2-5+ years of outside (field) sales experience required Prior field sales leadership experience required Strong background in territory-based, in-person sales Excellent communication, judgment, and coaching ability Coachable, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment Highly organized with strong accountability and follow-through Proven success in outside sales and account management Compensation & Benefits Full-time, W-2 employment Base Salary: $110,000-$140,000 annually On-Target Earnings (OTE): $170,000-$200,000 based on performance Why This Opportunity This is an opportunity to join a growing organization serving construction and design professionals through technology, strong customer support, and modern business tools.
