This opportunity offers flexibility, competitive pay, and the ability to choose your own schedule based on your preferred home time and location. We are a growing transportation company based in the Des Moines, IA area, is seeking experienced CDL Class A Drivers to join their team immediately. This opportunity offers flexibility, competitive pay, and the ability to choose your own schedule based on your preferred home time and location. Drivers will operate newer equipment on dedicated routes with minimal touch freight. Duties Duties:
- Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle on regional or over-the-road (OTR) routes
- Transport dry van freight efficiently and on time
- Complete 2,500-3,000 miles per week (based on agreed schedule)
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and comply with DOT regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding routes and schedules
- Handle 99% drop-and-hook freight (minimal loading/unloading
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $0.56 CPM (with per diem)
- Weekly Earnings: $1,400 - $1,680+
- Vacation Pay
- Flexible scheduling (drivers choose their own schedule)
- Dedicated routes
- Brand new 2026 Kenworth T680 trucks
- Dry van trailers
- 99% drop-and-hook freight
- Pets allowed (no passengers)
- Take-home truck options available (based on location and route
- Minimum of 2 years CDL Class A driving experience
- No automatic restriction (must be able to operate manual 10-speed trucks)
- No SAP (Substance Abuse Program) participation
- Maximum of 2 non-severe moving violations in the past 3 years
- Maximum of 2 non-severe accidents/incidents in the past 3 years
- Ability to run regional or OTR routes and stay out at least one week when needed
- Must live within a 70-mile radius of Des Moines, IA (flexibility available for extended routes)
