This positions leads to Team Lead and then Implementation Manager

This is a new position for us that will be building out the implementation process, growing into a Team Lead and then Manage that team.

\n

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * This is a “hands on” position where this person will initially oversee an external team build out Payroll but then also assist with the build out of HR and Benefits in the HCM platforms we use.

\n

\n
• Keeps client, Corban team and vendors on track and manages communications with all parties involved for successful implementation. Currently implementing 3 clients a month.
\n
• Assists with transition to Corban ongoing service to team.
\n
• Acts as first point of contact for client escalations and brings in appropriate teams for quick and final resolution.
\n
• Assists or prepares client correspondence as needed
\n
• Ability to work with internal and external clients on relationship building.
\n
• Handle CRM tool tickets and cases.
\n

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

\n

\n
• MUST know payroll and how it is set up, what the items to look out for, etc.
\n
• Must be DETAIL oriented
\n
• Have great client management skill
\n
• Ability to support clients in the Pacific Time Zone (PST)
\n
• 3+ years related Implementation Client support
\n
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
\n
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
\n
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
\n
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal relationship and communication skills.
\n
• Strong critical thinking skills and discipline to deliver complete and accurate results.
\n
• Ability to deal with clients and employees in an efficient and professional manner.
\n
• Ability to multi-task and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Exceptionally resourceful and detailed-oriented.
\n

• Experience using ADP Workforce Now is a plus

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

\n

Monthly Insurance Stipend of $700 / $8,400 a year which is $11,000 in additional compensation.
