Responsibilities

• Set up PLC and electrical control systems for production equipment across the plant by connecting to a laptop and configuring required parameters for each job.
• Perform troubleshooting on electrical control systems, PLCs, and related equipment to quickly identify and resolve issues that impact production.
• Program and adjust PLCs and control logic to optimize machine performance, improve reliability, and support new or modified production runs.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing and packaging equipment to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Support and oversee machine operators during setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting, providing guidance and technical assistance as needed.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any recurring issues, recommending improvements or preventive maintenance actions.
• Ensure all maintenance work follows safety procedures and plant standards, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement process improvements and equipment upgrades.

This is a Permanent position based out of Cincinnati, OH.

The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $72800.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
