Our properties live by the philosophy that they are an important part of their communities and look for ways to partner in the local community to make a difference.Job Description:The Spa Receptionist is responsible for ensuring each spa guest receives personalized service from the time they set up their appointment to the time they leave, by welcoming, scheduling, answering calls and questions, and working with the team to curate positive experiences. The person in this position must be able to roll their sleeves up and assist our teams when needed, living our "ONE TEAM. ONE VISION." philosophy.
