Now, we're looking for the right person to join us. Pay structure is hourly plus commission with bonus opportunities. $60,000 $150,000+ annually based on performance. The more you push, the more you earnsky is the limit.

What you'll do (and why you'll love it): As a Sales Consultant, you're not just selling cars, you're creating experiences.

• Welcome customers with energy, confidence, and professionalism
• Learn what they need (and sometimes what they didn't know they needed)
• Present vehicles, demonstrate features, and run test drives
• Guide customers through a smooth, transparent buying process
• Deliver vehicles like a profully prepped, explained, and celebrated
• Build relationships that turn into repeat customers and referrals

You'll work closely with: a tight-knit Sales Team, a supportive Management Team, F&I and Service teams that have your back.

You might be perfect for this role if you are: self-motivated and driven to succeed, a natural communicator who connects easily with people, passionate about customer service, professional and polished in appearance and attitude, ready to learn (automotive experience is a plusbut not required!), holding a valid driver's license with a clean record.

Reporting structure: You'll report directly to the General Sales Manager but receive support and guidance from the GSM and General Manager.

Physical requirements: Frequent standing, walking, and interaction with customers. Regular outdoor work in varying weather conditions. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment with consistent use of phone, email, and CRM systems.
