What You'll Do

• Support the planning, design, and delivery of water distribution, wastewater collection, and treatment infrastructure projects.
• Prepare detailed engineering calculations, technical reports, specifications, and construction drawings in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Assist with permitting efforts, regulatory coordination, and preparation of construction-related documentation.
• Conduct site visits, field evaluations, and inspections to support data collection, project design, and construction oversight activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Civil/Site, Structural, GIS, Survey, and Traffic to develop fully integrated engineering solutions.
• Communicate project progress, technical findings, and recommended solutions clearly to project managers, clients, and regulatory agencies.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project discussions, with opportunities to expand client-facing experience and professional growth.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required; PE license a plus or in progress.
• 2-5 years of experience in water/wastewater engineering or municipal infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with hydraulic modeling, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of water/wastewater systems, permitting requirements, and design standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, technical writing, and interpersonal skills.
