Position Overview:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population
- Develop long-term relationships with patients, ensuring continuity of care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the best patient outcomes
- Participate in community outreach and health initiatives
Qualifications:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related specialty
- Valid medical license and DEA registration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for patient care and improving health outcomes
