Principal Applied Scientist

Shaping the future of AI in healthcare, the full-time remote Principal Applied Scientist will develop and implement innovative Generative AI solutions, collaborating with product managers and technical leaders to translate business requirements into actionable AI projects. Key responsibilities Collaborate with product managers to translate business and product requirements into AI projects Lead and mentor both junior and senior applied scientists while ensuring timely delivery of AI models and services Develop new healthcare and enterprise services leveraging advances in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning Required qualifications Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing scalable AI models for production Deep technical understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning architectures, including Transformers Practical experience with LLM and generative AI technologies, such as parameter-efficient fine-tuning and advanced prompt engineering techniques Hands-on experience with emerging LLM frameworks and plugins Strong publication record in top-tier journals or conferences
