About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and interactive lessons on hair, skin, and nail care techniques.

Provide hands-on training and mentorship to students in a supportive environment.

Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning.

Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to ensure curriculum relevance.

Collaborate with fellow educators to develop innovative teaching strategies.

Facilitate workshops and demonstrations to showcase advanced skills.

Maintain a positive and motivating classroom atmosphere.

Support students in preparing for their state licensing exams.

Requirements:

Valid EDUCATOR and cosmetology license in New Jersey.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the beauty industry.

Previous teaching or training experience is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for education and helping others succeed.

Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles.

Proficient in using technology for teaching and presentations.

Enthusiastic and positive demeanor with a commitment to excellence.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience
