Quality Inspector

Canadian Executive Search Group, a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring experienced Indoor and Outdoor Automotive Quality Inspectors for our client in the automotive industry located in Spring Hill, TN

Location: Spring Hill, TN

Start date: ASAP!

Shift hours: 1st shift - Monday-Friday 6:00 a.m.4:30 pm

2nd shift - Monday-Friday 4:00pm-12:30am

Payrate: $16/hr

Responsibilities:

Perform visual and manual inspections of automotive parts and assemblies to ensure quality standards are met

Identify, document, and report defects or non-conforming materials to leadership

Conduct in-process and final inspections throughout production.

Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify specifications

Record inspection results in systems, logs, or quality reports accurately

Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues

Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve issues

Maintain compliance with ISO standards and safety regulations

Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Must be comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor conditions.

Requirements :

This is an entry level position; Quality experience is a plus

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and communication skills are a must.

Pre-employment Drug Screen is mandatory

A great attitude/attendance are a priority

Must pass pre-employment background check.
