Summary :

• Seeking a Senior Manager to lead and manage large-scale Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) initiatives
• The Senior Manager will provide expert-level guidance, planning, and oversight in the implementation and maturation of Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), with a focus on Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC) and Master Data Management (MDM)
• The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with business, risk, compliance, technology, and data management teams on projects
• Hands-on experience with Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC), particularly Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC) and Master Data Management (MDM) modules, is preferred
• This position is Onsite 3 days per week

Responsibilities :

• Overseeing end-to-end Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) roadmaps, guiding strategic design, deployment, and value realization
• Advising clients on the optimal strategic implementation and optimization of Informatica MDM, Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC), and Informatica Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC) solutions to ensure data trust and compliance
• Developing strategic data integration patterns utilizing Informatica PowerCenter or Cloud Data Integration (CDI)
• Translating complex data challenges into actionable solutions leveraging Informatica's strategic capabilities
• Leading strategic AI and data initiatives, aligning with client objectives
• Designing and implementing holistic data governance and AI governance frameworks
• Conducting data maturity assessments and providing actionable recommendations
• Building long-term client relationships and contributing to thought leadership
• Mentoring junior team members and enhancing Paradigm's advisory offerings

Qualifications :

• 7+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, or Data Risk roles, preferably in Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, or Asset Management preferred)
• Proven experience with Informatica IDMC, particularly CDGC and MDM modules
• Strong background in enterprise Data Governance, Metadata Management, and Strategic Planning
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with migration planning and execution in complex data environments
• Ability to work independently while aligning with client priorities and timelines
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Management, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or related field is preferred
• Expertise in advising on Informatica PowerCenter and Cloud Data Integration (CDI) as part of data strategy is preferred
• Informatica Certifications are preferred
• Phoenix metro area residency; ability to be Onsite with clients 3 days per week
