Applicants for the Chief Financial Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, with an active CPA being highly preferred. A minimum of 6 years' experience in CFO, Controller, or financial advisory roles is required, with a focus on supporting businesses in the $1M–$50M revenue range. The role demands a candidate with a strong commercial mindset, adept at solving complex financial challenges, and who is proficient in accounting platforms and Excel. The CFO will be expected to build and manage KPI-driven financial forecasts, analyze financial data for decision-making, and ensure the success of client engagements.
