Business Development Representative

About the Role Every account you open is yours - and you earn commission on every order they place, not just the first one. As your book grows, so does your income. Successful reps build portfolios of 50–100 active accounts where repeat business drives consistent, compounding revenue. You will report to the Business Development Manager and work onsite Monday through Friday in Dallas. Responsibilities Prospect, cold call, and engage retail partners nationwide to generate new business Open new accounts and establish yourself as a trusted, go-to resource for your clients Sell directly to every account you open and manage the full customer relationship Grow and retain your book of business to drive consistent, recurring revenue Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your pipeline with discipline Collaborate with sales leadership to refine outreach strategy and improve results Qualifications A strong work ethic and genuine drive to build - experience matters less than ambition Comfortable with outbound prospecting and high-volume phone outreach Relationship-oriented with the ability to earn trust and communicate with confidence Organized and accountable - you treat your pipeline and your clients with care Eager to learn our products, our market, and our approach to sales What we offer Base salary of $35,000–$45,000 with uncapped commission tied directly to your performance Full ownership of every account you open - your book, your income, your growth Hands‑on onboarding, direct coaching, and close access to sales leadership A stable, 30+ year company with a tight-knit team - most of whom have been here 5 to 15 years Long‑term opportunity with a company that invests in the people who perform #J-18808-Ljbffr FM Trading Company
