Travel Coordinator

Overview Travel Coordinator – This role will be located at an OCONUS location and 100% onsite . What You’ll Do Arrange travel for customers and employees, including booking flights and accommodations. Negotiate contracts with travel service providers to secure the best rates and amenities. Manage itineraries: create and oversee travel itineraries and communicate plans with travelers. Monitor travel policy compliance and address any issues that arise. Advise staff and contractor personnel on authorized travel routes and approved modes of travel based on USG travel rules, regulations, policies, and entitlements. Coordinate scheduling of hotel or base housing accommodations as applicable. Coordinate vehicles and scheduling of pick-up and drop-off times. Operate USG vehicles to include large carpool vans and buses as required. Meet and assist USG officers upon arrival. Assist in processing necessary documentation such as passports, visas and other clearances. Communicate travel plans with travelers and perform related administrative functions. This is a contingent position based upon contract award and will be located OCONUS. Requirements Must possess a TS/SCI with Poly level clearance. Must have a minimum of three (3) years experience providing travel coordination. Additional Information Belong, Connect and Grow at KBR.
