About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to provide strategic HR leadership for its joint venture. The CHRO will be instrumental in the company's evolution into a diversified energy solutions provider, with a focus on building organizational capabilities, workforce strategies, and leadership culture to support growth in both transportation and energy storage applications. This pivotal role involves leading the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with business objectives, establishing effective HR policies, and fostering a high-performance work environment. The successful candidate will also be responsible for talent acquisition, management, and retention, as well as ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry standards. Candidates for the CHRO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 15 years' progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role within a large-scale manufacturing, industrial, automotive, energy, or technology organization. The role requires a proven track record in all facets of HR, particularly in supporting a unionized workforce and partnering with executive leadership to align workforce strategies with business objectives. Strong knowledge of U.S. employment and labor laws, as well as experience in workforce analytics and organizational effectiveness, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and experience in a global manufacturing environment, with a background in technical manufacturing operations such as electric vehicle, battery manufacturing, or advanced technology.
