About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chancellor to serve as its Chief Executive Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for the academic, financial, and administrative leadership of the campus, with a strong focus on student success, community engagement, and the advancement of the institution's mission. This role requires a dynamic and ethical individual with a terminal degree, a proven track record of executive leadership, and a deep commitment to the values and traditions of higher education. The Chancellor will be expected to provide a broad vision for the campus, manage complex budgets, and work effectively with external constituencies. Strategic thinking, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to articulate a vision to diverse audiences are essential.
