Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time role based in Kokomo, IN partnering with operational leaders to lead and coordinate HR day-to-day activities including but not limited to: recruitment, training, onboarding, new employee orientation, off boarding, engagement and recognition programs. This position will also plan, direct and implement organization safety programs to ensure a safe, healthy, and accident–free work environment, as well as ensure complete compliance with OSHA standards to maintain a safe and healthy workplace. Qualifications 2+ years demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and HR policy implementation. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations and experience ensuring HR practices remain compliant at federal, state, and local levels. Skills in talent acquisition and workforce planning, including recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding team members. Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills to build trust and support collaboration across teams. Ability to analyze HR data, prepare reports, and use HRIS or related systems to manage employee information and support decision-making. Experience designing or supporting training, development, and engagement initiatives that enhance employee performance and retention. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (such as SHRM-CP or PHR) is preferred. Prior HR management or progressive HR generalist experience, ideally in manufacturing, distribution, or a similar industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr
