Digital Marketing & Social Media Project ManagerWe're looking for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Project Manager to help lead day-to-day execution across our client accounts. Our client is a growing multicultural marketing agency, and this role sits at the center of how work gets done — coordinating the team, keeping projects on track, and making sure client work ships on time and at a high standard.This is a great opportunity for someone who's ready to grow into people management, or who has a couple of years of team-lead experience and wants to build on it. You'll work closely with the Founder and take ownership of execution so the agency runs smoothly day to day.What You'll DoProject & Workflow ManagementManage day-to-day execution across client accountsKeep projects organized and on schedule using tools like AsanaTrack deadlines, flag issues early, and problem-solve before they become bigger issueTeam CoordinationCoordinate with and help guide a team of social media coordinators, creatives, and internsSet clear expectations on deliverables and timelines, and follow up to keep things on trackSupport communication across the team so everyone stays alignedSupport Execution of StrategyTake direction and priorities from the Founder and translate them into project plans and action stepsHelp keep initiatives moving and follow through on next stepsQuality ControlReview content, social posts, and campaign deliverables before they go outGive clear, constructive feedback to team membersHelp ensure work meets both agency and client standardsClient SupportJoin client meetings as needed to support communication and follow-throughRepresent the agency at occasional meetings or networking eventsProcess ImprovementSuggest improvements to workflows and processes as the team growsHelp bring more consistency and clarity to how projects get doneWhat We're Looking For4-5+ years of experience in marketing, social media, preferably an agency environment3+ years of experience managing projects and people, with a genuine interest in growing into a people-management roleStrong organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple accounts/deadlinesSolid understanding of social media, content, and digital marketing executionA proactive communicator who can work with some autonomy but also welcomes direction
