Senior E-Commerce Fulfillment Manager

We’re seeking an experienced E-commerce Fulfillment Senior Manager to lead high-volume D2C (small-parcel) and B2B fulfillment operations. This role combines hands-on leadership on the warehouse floor with ownership of planning, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. You’ll drive operational excellence, scale teams through peak demand, and lead continuous improvement across the operation. Success in this role requires knowing when to be on the floor driving execution and when to step back to analyze performance, lead planning, and improve the operation. This role has full ownership of fulfillment operations, including labor, inventory, systems, and performance.
