Information Security Analyst 4 - Contingent

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Information Security Analyst.

Position type: Full-time, Contract (W2)
Duration: 12 Months Contract w/ extension.
Location: Charlotte, NC/ Irving, TX - 3 days hybrid on-site role

As an Information Security Analyst, you will:

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Partner directly with business teams to drive adoption of enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) services across the organization.
• Translate IAM capabilities, authentication methods, and access management solutions into practical, business-friendly recommendations that support operational objectives.
• Assess business processes, workflows, access requirements, and application dependencies to ensure IAM solutions align with business needs.
• Support application onboarding, migrations, and user access transitions to ensure a seamless user experience before and after deployment.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts, validating IAM solutions meet business requirements and are ready for production adoption.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex IAM-related issues, coordinating resolution efforts across IAM, cybersecurity, engineering, and application support teams.
• Triage, prioritize, and resolve access management challenges based on business impact and operational risk.
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize business feedback, access challenges, and UAT findings to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Act as the voice of the business by translating user needs into actionable recommendations for IAM product owners and engineering teams.
• Influence IAM product roadmaps, feature enhancements, and service improvements through stakeholder engagement and data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, IAM, product management, and technology teams to ensure IAM solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in Information Security, with a strong emphasis on Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Deep expertise in enterprise IAM environments spanning cloud, hybrid, and on-premises infrastructures.
• Hands-on experience supporting IAM onboarding, migration, transformation, or modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of enterprise IAM technologies and capabilities, including:
• Authentication and Single Sign-On (SSO)
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
• Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Directory Services (Active Directory, Azure AD)
• API Access Management
• Identity Analytics and Access Certifications
• Experience working within cloud and hybrid environments, including Azure, GCP, and on-premises Active Directory.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and IAM best practices, including Least Privilege, Zero Trust, and access governance principles.
• Experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT), facilitating workshops, and gathering business requirements.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $65 - $70 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
