Sr. FA/Manager – Rapidly Growing PE Backed Service Firm Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – 3 days in-office) Pay: $120,000k+ base (flexible based on experience) + 10% bonus target Schedule: Hybrid – Tue–Thu in-office (or Mon–Wed); expect ~4 days/week during onboarding ramp | Direct Hire Our client is the nation’s premier provider of Safety and Security solutions, PE-backed platform operating across the U.S. under 8 distinct brands. They are looking for you, an experienced Senior Financial Analyst who can build sophisticated financial models, own the rolling forecast, and serve as a strategic finance partner across a high-growth, PE-backed business — all while gaining direct exposure to C-suite leadership and institutional PE reporting. Responsibilities Own and maintain the rolling 6+6 forecast model and drive the annual budgeting process Build dynamic financial models supporting strategic decisions, operational initiatives, and M&A activity (~2 acquisitions/year) Prepare and present cash flow statements at month-end and quarter-end within a tight 10-business-day close cycle Serve as the finance liaison across 8 operating brands, partnering directly with brand leaders and senior executives Support Power BI and AI-driven automation initiatives and contribute to PE sponsor reporting (direct exposure to institutional PE ownership) Handle ad hoc projects for the CFO, CEO, and private equity sponsor Qualifications Proven corporate FP&A experience: budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in a complex, multi-entity environment Ability to build three-statement financial models (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow) from scratch Software: Power BI required; IBM Cognos and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience strongly preferred Strong communicator who can translate complex financial data into clear narratives for executives and PE stakeholders Detail-oriented, driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment — willing to roll up sleeves when it counts Accounting background a plus; wholesale distribution or industrial sector experience helpful but not required Benefits $120K–$130K base + 10% annual bonus target, full benefits package, and generous PTO Direct access to the CFO, CEO, and PE sponsor — your work will be seen at the highest levels of the organization Real M&A exposure — contribute to diligence and integration modeling on ~2 acquisitions per year Front-row seat to a live technology transformation (Dynamics 365 go-live, Power BI automation, AI initiatives) Hybrid schedule (3 days in-office) with a collaborative, high-energy team that values people who want to grow #J-18808-Ljbffr
