We are growing and urgently need a seasoned Recruiter with staffing agency experience to join our branch team . If you are a self-managed, dynamic, results-driven professional and are great at what you do, then we want you!
** This is an office-based position and is NOT remote/work-from-home. **

What we are looking for:
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish
- Minimum of 3 years in the staffing agency business
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- Very professional demeanor and appearance
- Strong oral and written communication
- Experience using an ATS
- Proficiency in the use of online job boards and social media platforms
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Valid driver license and reliable transportation
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check

- Filling orders in a timely manner
- Providing top notch service to our clients at all times
- Taking care of our associates on assignment
- Following all standard operations processes
