HR Generalist/Recruiter

Position Overview SRV Temperature Solutions is seeking an HR Generalist focusing on Recruiting, to join our growing team! This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable engaging with potential candidates. This is an in-office, full-time position. Primary Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles—from crafting compelling job postings to negotiating offers. Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and design effective sourcing strategies. Manage onboarding programs that make new hires feel welcomed, informed, and excited from day one. Support day-to-day HR operations, including benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance. Maintain and optimize our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to ensure a seamless hiring process. Assist in developing and rolling out employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance reviews. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or a related people-focused role. Proven success in sourcing and hiring across multiple departments and levels. Excellent communication skills—you can connect with people from all walks of life. Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., ADP, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and HRIS systems. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. A genuine passion for building inclusive, high-performing teams.
