Data Services Analyst

Ensuring the integrity of client data, the full-time Data Services Analyst will manage data entry processes, implement controls, and communicate resolutions to clients in a clear manner. Key responsibilities Oversee the accurate entry of client data into the system while adhering to established processes and controls Interact with customers and business owners to identify and resolve data-related issues effectively Collaborate with the Data Services Team Lead to ensure quality and continuous improvement in data management practices Required qualifications A minimum of 1 year of experience using SQL is preferred Hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL or similar SQL procedural extension language is a plus Demonstrated commitment to quality with an understanding of data analysis and process flows Preferred knowledge of benefits administration or consumer-directed accounts Ability to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion with a strong sense of urgency
