Location: Prairie Village, KS

Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule:

Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Friday: 8:00am – 3:00pm

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $50–$55/hour
• Annualized Compensation: Approximately $96,200 – $105,820/year based on the current schedule

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join a highly respected private dental practice in Prairie Village, KS. This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist with at least two years of clinical experience who enjoys building long-term patient relationships while delivering exceptional preventive and periodontal care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, patient-centered preventive dental care
• Perform comprehensive dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling, and preventive hygiene procedures
• Conduct periodontal evaluations and oral cancer screenings
• Take and process dental radiographs
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, periodontal health, and preventive care recommendations
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
• Collaborate closely with the doctors and clinical team to provide outstanding patient care
• Maintain infection control standards and support an efficient clinical workflow

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Kansas
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical hygiene experience required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for patient education and preventive dentistry
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, patient-focused practice environment
