LHH is partnering with a respected Indianapolis organization seeking a detail-oriented Sourcing Coordinator to support procurement operations, supplier relationships, pricing analysis, and sourcing initiatives. Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential Work alongside experienced procurement professionals Exposure to nationally recognized consumer brands Strong career growth and advancement opportunities Key Responsibilities Maintain supplier pricing and cost data within ERP systems Support sourcing projects, RFPs, RFIs, and vendor evaluations Research and resolve pricing discrepancies and supplier issues Manage contract documentation and supplier records Analyze purchasing and pricing data using Excel Partner with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate information flow Qualifications 2+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or vendor management Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, NetSuite, or similar Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM On-site in Indianapolis, IN #J-18808-Ljbffr
