Sr. Regional Oncology Specialist - Nevada

Abbott seeks a Senior Regional Oncology Specialist for its Cancer Diagnostics business in Nevada. The role involves developing and executing territory sales plans to maximize utilization of oncology diagnostic products while building relationships with healthcare providers and managing key accounts.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed sales objectives through regular field-based meetings with healthcare providers in assigned Nevada territory
Develop and implement strategic territory plans to maximize product utilization in key accounts
Build and deepen relationships with physicians, pathologists, and healthcare system stakeholders
Maintain in-depth knowledge of disease states, competitive landscape, and market influences affecting oncology diagnostics
Provide feedback to national, regional, and area teams on territory-specific clinical and reimbursement issues

Requirements

Proven sales experience in oncology, diagnostics, or life sciences
Strong understanding of genomic testing and precision oncology concepts
Ability to develop relationships with physicians, pathologists, and clinical opinion leaders
Territory management and strategic planning experience
Knowledge of reimbursement, managed care, and healthcare access processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
